Determine, assign/delegate facility operational goals and needs, engineer, design, construct fish rearing systems, consult researchers in conducting on and off site research, prepare and conduct facility lab and safety meetings, monitor facility alarm 24/7, collect wild delta smelt, and manage a genetically diverse refuge population smelt.
